All laptops sold are preowned (used / refurbished) and may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use such as light scratches or wear.
Each system is tested, verified, and certified functional before sale.
Product specifications (RAM, storage, processor, etc.) are accurately listed, but minor variations may occur based on manufacturer configurations.
Availability is subject to stock; once sold out, similar models may be offered.
All laptops come with a limited store warranty of 7–30 days (depending on model and agreement at the time of purchase).
The warranty covers only major hardware faults such as motherboard, RAM, or storage drive failure.
Warranty does not cover:
Battery life variations
Power surge damage
Software or operating system issues
Screen cracks, liquid damage, or physical impact
After the warranty period, repairs are available at customer’s cost.
We are not liable for any data loss, productivity loss, or business interruption resulting from laptop usage.
Customers are encouraged to back up important files before or immediately after purchase.
Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement or refund value of the purchased item (where applicable).
All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Delivery timelines are typically 1–7 working days depending on location.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or force majeure.
Customers may also choose to pick up orders directly from our physical or partner location (if available).
If you believe that your copyrighted material may have been infringed, please provide the Bridge store Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, your email address
